Young Blood Philosophy - The Rarest Quality

It was the English philosopher Jeremy Bentham who said, “the rarest of all human qualities is consistency.”

Whether you’re trying to create a habit, learn a new skill progress a project or upgrade your health regime, consistency is a fundamental requirement for success; it’s also the hardest part of anything we do.
That’s because to show up consistently day after day means doing what needs to be done regardless of how you might be feeling.
Pushing yourself to do the work when no one’s watching and persevere when motivation eludes you is where the magic happens.
The uncomfortable truth is that it always comes down to you vs you and it’s much easier to make excuses than keep commitments.

Just keep showing up... It sounds so simple but the fact is you still have to do it, especially when you don’t feel like it.
