Teon Lolesio aka Turquoise Prince, is a Canberra rapper and singer with Tongan heritage and to say his life's been a rollercoaster barely begins to describe it... Teon was always a wild kid, but it wasn't until he experienced bouts of psychosis as an adult that he started to understand the impact Bipolar disorder was having. It took him years to realise bipolar was fueling his drug abuse, leading to paranoid delusions and eventually landing him in the psych ward with schizo-affective disorder. In the blink of an eye, Teon went from an emerging artist making money from music, to living a nightmare he couldn't escape...But he weathered the storm and with the help of his mum who never quit on him; he's done all the right things to still be here today - reborn...
